Casa al Monte is a villa-farmhouse sleeps up to 16 persons and, upon request, can be divided into two apartments. It is independent and fully fenced in. It is surrounded by diverse flora including an olive grove. The garden has a swimming pool (6m x 12m) with a panoramic view and a gazebo (4m x 4m) You will also find two separate areas where you can dine outside.
All furnishings reflect the traditional rustic style of Tuscany.
Casa al Monte is the perfect haven for those looking forward to rejuvenating mind and body - an ideal place for relaxing country walks, jogging, trekking or mountain-biking excursions, and at the same time within easy reach of the art cities of Tuscany - Florence, Pisa, Luca and Sienna.
Bike rental is available upon request and we have a fitness centre located inside the house. |

| Payment Conditions
We request a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer or credit card at the time of confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. The balance should be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card. |

Casa al Monte is a two-storey villa (400 mq.). On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen equipped with a stove, and refrigerator, as well as a satellite TV. Behind the kitchen is a small laundry room with a washing machine and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, you will also find a fitness centre, three bedrooms with queen-size double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and bath are available.
On the first floor, you will find a dining room with fireplace, a living room, kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, a study with internet access, satellite TV, two bedrooms with queen-size double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms with shower only. |
